This is only about my experience to do push ups everyday. For your additional, my age is 20′ an late and my weight is 80 kg and I’m a Asian and living in Malaysia. So now you already know about my body scale. I never do push up since 8 years ago and never be serious about this matter. About me (someone never do push ups, have weight at 80 kg, less stamina, etc). The question is, can I do 10 push ups a day? So what about 20, 30, 50 and 100 push ups a day? It is possible for me?

I know you want to know about Best Push Up Workout for chest tips. I don’t have that actual method to share with you. I’m just to share with you how I can do 10, 20 and 30 push ups straight. If you can do 30 push ups straight, of course you will able to 100 push ups everyday. Do you agree with me. What about you achieve 40 push ups for one round, 30 push ups for second round, 20 push ups for third round and 10 push ups for last round. You will surely complete 100 push ups a day. 10 Push Ups A Day For Beginner
Is 10 Push Ups A Day A Good Start for beginner? My answer is YES. It happen to me. For the first time, I’m unable to do even 3 push ups. My body weight and stamina is not ready to do push-ups. For the first time, I want to give up and it bring mental breakdown to do it. My upper body chest felt pain. How can I do push-ups with my 80 Kg body weight. This is serious psychology war for my mind. How can you like (Push Up Workout Routine) it when you feel pain, body pressure to doing it, lazy, and mental pressure. BUT, I still do it 10 push-ups everyday even I don’t like it. The answer is, you need to do 10 push ups a day even you don’t like it.
20 Push-Ups For Next Stage
Believe me. It happen to me and it is not possible for you. After doing 10 push ups workout everyday, you will notice that your body seem to adapt your daily routine. It seem that you feel it easy to do 10 push ups. 10 push ups will done in a second and your body appear to ready to do it more than previous practice. You will notice slowly you can do more than 10 push ups. You start to do 15 push ups and you will surely to keep faster and faster and finally you without notice, you already able to do 20 push ups everyday without any problem. This happen to me. Just keep going and don’t miss a day to do it. Your body stamina increase and body with 80 kg able to do it. So what about you?
Final : Zero To 100 Push Ups Is Nothing
Keep in mind, I’m not tell you to do 100 push ups straight. But It just a simple tips for you on how you can do 100 push ups a days. So how I’m do this? If you’re able and success to do straight 40 push ups workout, follow this instruction below base on my experience;
1. First, you must do straight 40 push ups (rest a while for 1-2 minutes)
2. Second, you must do straight 30 push ups (rest a while for 1-2 minutes)
3. Third, you must do straight 20 push ups (rest a while for 1-2 minutes)
4. Forth and finally, you must do straight balance 10 push ups
So with this method, you will able to succeed to do from Zero to 100 Push Ups a day with the simple step.
I do this and I’m success. So now I’m able to do 100 push ups a day for everyday. This is something that I really glad I’m doing this. From starting I’m not believe I can do even 10 push ups, but now 100 push ups everyday is not impossible for me. Now, do I need to archive to do straight 50 push ups?, because currently I’m only able to do maximum only 40 push ups without break. I will think about this. To do 40 push ups without break make my body tired, so what about 50?. hahaha. Ok readers, so this is the Best Push Up Workout Routine for your fitness.
